Asparagus leek soup

Ingredients

  • 12 white or green asparagus
  • 2 leeks

Preparation

Chop the vegetables. Use the leftover vegetables to make a nice stock.

Simmer the leftovers on the stove for 30 minutes in boiled water with salt and 2 bay leaves.

Then strain out the stock and mix together with the chopped vegetables in the soup maker.

Finally, finish with some pepper, salt and thyme.
