Cinnamon rolls


  • 250 g cups self-rising baking flour
  • 150 g vanilla yoghurt Greek, coconut or soya
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 30 gr brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 200 gr cream cheese soft
  • 2 tablespoons butter soft
  • 6 tablespoons sugar

1. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the flour and yoghurt. Adjust the consistency by adding more yoghurt if the dough is too thick, or more flour if it is too thin.

2. Sprinkle light flour over a clean kitchen surface and place the dough on top. Knead it gently a few times before rolling it out into a large rectangular slice about 2.5 cm thick.

3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly over the dough, leaving half an inch at the edges.

4. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side, until you have a firm roll. Cut the roll into eight equal portions with a sharp knife.

5. Place 3 or 4 of the cinnamon rolls in the basket of the air fryer, lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 7-8 minutes, until the edges are light golden brown.

6. Remove the baked cinnamon rolls from the basket and repeat the process with the remaining cinnamon rolls until they are all baked.

7. Let the cinnamon rolls cool slightly before adding the glaze. For the glaze, combine cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add icing sugar and mix until smooth.
