Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients

Croissant dough
2 tsp cinnamon
50 gm soft butter
50 gm light caster sugar
100 gm powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk

Preparation

Mix the butter and cinnamon together and spread over the croissant dough.
Sprinkle the caster sugar over it.
Cut the dough into equal pieces and roll them up into beautiful cinnamon buns.
