Cones with chocolate

250 gm pastry flour (sieved)
250 gm fine sugar
125 gm butter (melted)
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 ml water
40 gm pure melted chocolate
150 ml cream

Conserve in a tin box
Boil the water and dissolve the sugar and vanilla sugar.
In the meantime beat the melted butter. Add the eggs and add the tepid sugar mixture and mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Then carefully add the flour.
Brake the chocolate in pieces and put them with the cream in a bowl. .
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and thoroughly mix.
Add the melted chocolate to the mixture.
Take your FRITEL Waffle Maker with baking plates for cones, turn the thermostat to 4 to 5 and heat the Waffle Maker.
Insert the dough in you Waffle Maker, close the Waffle Maker and bake for +/- 1 min.
Remove the cookie from the Waffle Maker. Roll up to a cone and let it cool down.


You can finish your cones by dipping them in chocolate, in honey and nuts or make a delicious edge of ginger cookie.
To prevent your cones from dripping, pour a bit of melted chocolate into it.
Be creative and make your own shapes!
Off course delicious with a scoop of ice.
