Carrot - Orange - ginger soup

Ingredients

1 kg carrots
2 onions
120 gm fresh ginger
2 l of chicken bouillon or vegetable bouillon for the veggie variant
1 orange
pepper
salt

Preparation

Cut the carrots and the onions into small pieces, put them in the Soup Maker with the stock and set at 100°C for 30 minutes. Add the grated ginger with half an orange (unpeeled).
Remove the orange before mixing. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
