Ingredients

1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
200g courgette
100g broccoli
50g kale
200g potatoes
Vegetable broth

Further needed

Soup Maker SB 2970 or Soup Maker SB 3190

Preparation

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
Chop the onion
Chop the courgette, broccoli and potatoes
Add the onion, garlic, vegetables and potatoes
Add the vegetable broth and top up with water
Put the soup maker on function ‘smooth soup’
Season with some salt and/or pepper, if necessary

Tips

TIP: If the soup is too thick, add a little more hot water when it is ready and mix it again.
