Pea-broccoli-zucchini-dragon soup

4 portions


1/2 kg peas (frozen)
1 onion
1 small broccoli
1 zucchini finely chopped
2 l of vegetable bouillon


Finely chop the onion and broccoli, put them in the soup maker with the broth and set at 100 °C for 15 minutes.
Then add the peas, cook for another 10 minutes, and mix the soup.
Add the finely chopped zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the finely chopped tarragon before serving.
