Belgian waffles (4x7)



1 kg flour- 1 kg butter - 1 kg sugar- 60 gm of vanilla sugar- 16 eggs -20 gm baking powder - 2 cups of water


Melt the butter, add it to the sugar in a bowl and mixt thouroughly with the FRITEL Combi Mixer.Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Add the egg yolks and the flower to the mixture and once more mx thouroughly with the FRITEL Combi Mixer. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and stir carefully.


Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature. Before you start baking it is advisable to grease the baking plates with a little bit of oil, even if they are covered with a non stick coating. To avoid lumps in your dough, it is better to sieve the flour before use. Use the FRITEL waffle fork to remove the waffles easily from the appliance. Let the waffles cool down on a grid.
