Cones with honey

250 gm pastry flour (sieved)
250 gm honey
125 gm butter (melted)
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 ml water

Quantity of cones: +/- 35
Conserve in a tin box
Boil the water and dissolve the honey and the vanilla sugar in it.
In the meantime, whip the melted butter until it is foamy. Add the eggs and the lukewarm honey mixture and mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Carefully add the flour to the mixture.
Take your FRITEL Waffle Maker with baking plates for cones, turn the thermostat on position 4 to5 and heat up your Waffle Maker.
Insert the dough in your Waffle Maker, close the Waffle Maker and bake for +/- 1 min.
Remove the cookie from the Waffle Maker. Roll it up to a nice cone and let it cool down.


You can finish your cones by dipping them in chocolate, in honey and nuts or make a delicious edge of ginger cookie.
To prevent your cones from dripping, pour a bit of melted chocolate into it.
Be creative and make your own shapes!
Off course delicious with a scoop of ice.
