WaffleTastic® Stuffed pizza waffles

Ingredients

Waffles:

8 sheets of croissant dough
Bag of grated cheese
Toppings of your choice: e.g. pepperoni

Sauce:

Tomato sauce

Extra:

Oil or baking spray

Further needed

WaffleTastic® CW 3628/3638/3648/3658/3668 with baking trays for filled waffles

Preparation

Roll out the croissant dough into 8 triangles, stick them together in pairs so you get 4 rectangles.

Fill half with cheese and pepperoni and fold closed. Then cut them into 2 rectangles and push the edges closed with a fork.

Grease the waffle iron with some oil or baking spray, put it on the highest setting and bake the waffles +-1.5 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with tomato sauce for dipping.
