1 kg flour
1 kg sugar
10 eggs
1 kg butter
Vanilla aroma
Splash of milk
Water
Oil or baking spray
CW® 3648 Combi Waffle Iron 6x10
Melt the butter in a saucepan until completely liquid.
Split the eggs and beat the egg whites.
Stir the egg yolks with the sugar and add the melted butter and a dash of vanilla flavoring.
In the hot pan, add a small splash of milk and water so that it becomes lukewarm. Add this to the mixture as well.
Mix the egg whites lightly under the mixture until homogeneous. Add another pinch of salt and your dough is ready.
Heat your waffle iron and prepare a small bowl with corn oil and a grease brush. Also prepare a baking sheet that is ventilated so your waffles can cool.
Grease the baking sheets with the oil or baking spray.
Use a wooden spoon to measure out the right amount of dough for the waffles.
Divide the dough between the baking sheets and close the appliance. Turn the appliance upside down so that the dough is well distributed on the baking sheets.
Bake the waffles until golden brown.
Top with whipped cream and/or fresh fruit if desired.
