Cold cumumber soup



2 cucumbers
200 gm quark
120 gm feta
150 ml cream
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp of cumin powder
4 sprigs of dill
1 cube of chicken bouillon
pepper en salt


Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Put them both in the FRITEL blender. Add the stock cube, the cream and the quark. Mix everything. Season with cumin, pepper and salt. Serve the soup in small glasses and finish with feta and a bit of dill. 
Also very tasty with sesame bread sticks.


Do you prefer veggie? Replace the chicken stock by vegetable stock.
