200 gm flour 
2,5 dl water 
2 eggs 
granulated sugar
1 dl sunflower oil 
Pinch of salt


Fill a pot with the water, add the salt and make it boil. Then add the oil and the flour and stir firmly with a spatula. Remove the pot from the heating and add egg by egg. Meanwhile, keep stirring until you achieve nice firm dough. Insert the dough in a piping bag. Heat up you FRITEL deep fryer to 180°C. Make a long sausage of dough directly in the fryer and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Get the churros out, cut it in pieces and let it drip on some kitchen paper. Finish with some sugar.
