Airfryer Bird's Nests

Ingredients

  • 250 g seasoned minced meat
  • 5 eggs (4 hard-boiled, 1 raw)
  • Salt and pepper (if needed)
  • Optional: salad, fries, or mashed potatoes as a side dish
  • Tomato sauce for the classic Belgian touch

Preparation

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
Add a raw egg to the meat and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Divide the meat into four equal portions and roll them into balls.
Use a spoon to create a small indentation in each ball.
Place a hard-boiled egg in the indentation and wrap the meat fully around it.
Ensure the meat completely encloses the egg with no gaps.
Place the bird’s nests in the SnackTastic®.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Serve warm with tomato sauce and a side dish like salad, fries, or mashed potatoes.
