Pork roast with caper tapenade

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork roast
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Kitchen twine
  • For the filling: tapenade
    • 1 tbsp capers
    • 1 tbsp mustard
    • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
    • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
    • 4 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Place all ingredients for the tapenade in a blender and blend into a smooth, creamy mixture.
Slice the pork roast open in steps to create a large, flat piece of meat.
Generously spread the opened meat with the tapenade.
Roll the pork roast tightly and secure it firmly with kitchen twine.
Place the roast in the SnackTastic and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C, or until the meat is fully cooked and golden brown.
Let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving.
