Carrot - ginger soup

Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 120 gm fresh ginger
  • 2 l of chicken bouillon or vegetable bouillon for the veggie variant
  • 1 orange
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the carrots and the onions into small pieces

Put them in the Soup Maker with the stock and set at 100°C for 30 minutes. 

Add the grated ginger with half an orange (unpeeled).

Remove the orange before mixing. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
