Chinese Table Wok

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, diced
  • 300 g shrimp (peeled)
  • 200 g tofu, diced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 carrots, thinly julienned
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 150 g baby corn, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 300 g noodles (cooked)

For the sauces:

  • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce + 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml coconut milk + 1 tsp curry paste (red or yellow)

Toppings:

  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lime wedges
  • Cashew nuts

Preparation

Place the Fritel GWP 2560 wok plate on the table and prepare all ingredients and sauces in small bowls.
Let everyone fill their own mini wok pan with ingredients of their choice.
Heat a little oil in the pan and add the chosen ingredients.
Stir-fry everything until almost cooked, then add a sauce of choice.
Let the sauce simmer briefly.
Add noodles at the end and mix well.
Garnish with toppings like sesame seeds, coriander, lime juice, or cashew nuts and enjoy!
