Chocolate fondue with liquor
Ingredients
- 2,5 dl whipping cream
- 500 gm pure chocolate in pieces
- 4 tbsp of coffee or mandarin liquor
- To accompany: Cake slices, marshmallows and fruit.
Preparation
- Heat up the cream and pour over the chocolate.
- Stir firmly until the chocolate is melted.
- Add the liquor.
