Chocolate fondue with liquor

Ingredients

  • 2,5 dl whipping cream
  • 500 gm pure chocolate in pieces
  • 4 tbsp of coffee or mandarin liquor
  • To accompany: Cake slices, marshmallows and fruit.

Preparation

  • Heat up the cream and pour over the chocolate. 
  • Stir firmly until the chocolate is melted. 
  • Add the liquor.
