Tortilla in a raclette pan

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • Garlic
  • Optional extras: canned peas, bell pepper, bacon...

Preparation

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and place them in a bowl.

Pre-cook the potatoes until almost tender and slice them.

Prepare your extra ingredients:

  • Dice and crisp the bacon.
  • Drain the peas.
  • Chop the bell pepper.

Place all ingredients in small bowls on the table.

In the raclette pan:

Sauté the onion and garlic (and any other vegetables) first.

Add potato slices to absorb the flavors.

Pour in some beaten egg and add your chosen extras (peas, pepper, bacon…).

Cook under the raclette grill until set.

Tips

Feel free to mix in any extra ingredients.
Add grated cheese for an even creamier and tastier tortilla!
