Cookie dough ice cream

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 300 ml cream
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 115 g sugar
  • 2 ml vanilla flavoring
  • Cookie dough balls

Preparation

Place the cooling element of the FRITEL IM 1252 in the freezer for at least 8 hours so that it is well chilled.
Whip the cream until almost stiff and place it in the refrigerator.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and frothy, then slowly add the milk while continuously whisking.
Mix in the almost whipped cream well and finally add the vanilla flavoring. Mix briefly until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it churn for 40 minutes until creamy.
Add the cookie dough through the ingredient slot.
