Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 350 ml Cream
  • 250 ml Chicken broth, prepared
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tsp Cajun spices
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 130 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 g Dried chili flakes
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Preparation

Add diced chicken, butter, chopped garlic, and broccoli florets to the slow cooker.
Pour the cream and chicken broth over the chicken and stir quickly to combine.
Then add the spices and Parmesan cheese.
Set the slow cooker to high for 2–3 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Finally, add the cooked pasta.
Garnish with chili flakes and freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
