Scampi - Cherry Tomato - Feta - Oregano in a raclette pan

Ingredients

  • 12 scampi (fresh or fully thawed)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Feta cheese
  • Fresh oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Lightly grease the raclette pan with a little olive oil.

Add a few scampi and halved cherry tomatoes to the pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Crumble some feta cheese on top.

Cook under the raclette grill until everything is hot and the scampi are cooked through.

Sprinkle with fresh oregano before serving.
