Filled Waffles with Herb Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

 

  • Puff pastry
  • Spreadable herb cream cheese
  • Slices of smoked salmon

     

Preparation

  • Spread the herb cream cheese over a sheet of puff pastry.
  • Add a layer of smoked salmon on top.
  • Cover the smoked salmon with another layer of herb cream cheese.
  • Cover again with a sheet of puff pastry.
  • Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with oil.
  • Place one puff pastry waffle into each compartment and bake on setting 4-5 (medium) for about 3 minutes. Afterward, flip the waffle maker and bake for another 3 minutes.
