Quiche with spinach, bell pepper and tomato from the Airfryer SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • ½ red bell pepper, in strips
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 50 g grated cheese (e.g. cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Pepper and salt
  • Oil (optional, for spraying the baking tin)

Small round ovenproof or silicone dish that fits in your airfryer

Airfryer Snacktastic®

Preparation

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Add pepper, salt and the grated cheese, mix well.

Stir in the spinach, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and red onion.

Lightly grease a suitable baking tin or line it with baking paper.

Pour the mixture into the tin and smooth the top.

Place the tin in the airfryer.

Bake for 12–15 minutes at 180 °C until the quiche is firm and golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes before removing the quiche from the tin.

Cut into wedges and serve warm or lukewarm.
