Raclette Toasts

Ingredients

Bread: toast bread, ciabatta, or baguette
Olive oil
Clove of garlic
Slices of raclette cheese
Chorizo
Pepper, salt, bruschetta herbs

Preparation

Grease some slices of bread with some olive oil and put them on the grill.
Bake them crispy on 1 side.
Remove them from the grill and grease them with a clove of garlic and add some salt and pepper.
Place the grilled bread in a raclette pan. Put a slice of chorizo and raclette cheese on top. Season with the bruschetta herbs.
Let the cheese melt under the grill.

Tips

Serve with some mixed salad and a fresh vinaigrette.
Replace the raclette cheese with f.ex. Brie,Camembert.
Replace the chorizo with bacon.
Garnish your plate with pearl onions and pickles.
Bake potato slices in a separate pan and put some melted cheese on top.
