Crispy spring rolls from the Airfryer SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (125g)
  • Grated carrot (125g)
  • Spring onion (3 stalks)
  • Ginger (2 cm)
  • Prawns
  • Rice noodles
  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce / Sweet and sour sauce

Preparation

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces. 

Mix them with the grated carrot, chopped spring onion and ginger in the SnackTastic. 

Cook for 8–10 minutes at 165°C.

Meanwhile, cook the prawns until almost done and cook the rice noodles.

Soak a rice wrapper for 8 seconds in cold water. 

Place it on a plate and fold the sides inward. 

Put some vegetables on the wrapper, followed by rice noodles and prawns, and roll it up nicely. 

Place the rolls in the airfryer for about 5–10 minutes at 180°C. Flip them halfway through.

Cut them in half and serve with a tasty sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
