Airfryer SnackTastic® 7720
Preheat the airfryer to 160°C.
Put the chopped chocolate and butter together in a small ovenproof dish or mini cake tin.
Place this dish in the airfryer for 4 to 5 minutes until everything is melted. Stir until smooth.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Sift the flour and salt on top and gently fold it into the batter. Do not overmix.
Grease 4 small ramekins or muffin tins and lightly dust with flour.
Divide the batter between the ramekins until just below the rim.
Place the ramekins in the airfryer and bake for 7 to 9 minutes at 190°C. The top should be set, the center still gooey.
Let the cakes rest in the ramekins for 1 minute.
Carefully remove and serve warm.
(Optional) Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
