Chicken nuggets with an oatmeal crust

Ingredients

350 gm organic chicken fillets
2 eggs
+/- 100 gm of oatmeal
1 tsp curry spices
5 tsp spelt flour
Add chiliflakes to taste

Preparation

Prepare 3 deep plates. In the first plate, mix the flour with the curry spices. Beat the 2 eggs in the second plate.
In the third plate you put a good layer of oatmeal.
Cut both hicken fillets into 20 cubes.
Roll the chicken pieces through the flour and curry mixture. Then carefully shake offthe excess flour.
Now stir the chicken through the egg mixture and then immediately through the oatmeal. Makesure it is completely covered with oatmeal.
Rub the chicken nugget again with egg yolk. This ensures the perfect color. Sprinkle the chicken nuggets
with some chili flakes for extra spice.
Preheat theSnackTastic. Place the baking paper in the basket and put the chicken nuggetsin the SnackTastic® for
10 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
