Quiche with pumpkin and feta

Ingredients

3 to 4 sheets of puff pastry
400 gm pumpkin cubes
1 red onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp cream
2 tsp tarragon
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Steam the pumpkin cubes until they are done. Put the eggs, cream, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Now cut the onion and add this to the cream mixture together with the pumpkin cubes and tarragon.
Cover your baking tin with the puff pastry and pierce some holes in the bottom with a fork. Add the entire mixture. Divide the feta over the top. The quiche can now be baked in the SnackTastic® for 45 minutes at 150 °.
