Red velvet cupcakes



60 gm butter
150 gm granulated sugar
1 egg
25 gmcocoa powder
3 tsp vanilla extract
130 ml buttermilk
150 gm flour
1 tsp baking soda
1,5 tsp apple cider vinegar
Red dye
The topping
300 gm powdered sugar
50 gm unsalted butter
125 gm cream cheese


Beat the butter and sugar lightly and then add the egg. Mix the vanilla, cocoa and dye. Then add the flour and milk alternately. Then also add the vinegar and the soda. Mix well.Bake the cupcakes in your SnackTastic® at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
If they have cooled well, you can finish with the topping. Combine the powdered sugar, the butter and the cream cheese and beat the mixture lightly. With a piping bag you can pipe it onthe fully cooled cupcakes.
