Salmon dish

Ingredients

1 piece of salmon fillet
75 gm of mascarpone
40 gm of fresh basil
1 lemon
40 gm of pine nuts
Pepper and salt
1 sheet of puff pastry

Preparation

Clean the salmon and pat it dry.
Place the salmon on the puff pastry.
Mix the mascarpone, basil and pine nuts finely in the mixer.
Grate the zest of your lemon and season with salt and pepper.
Spread this over your salmon.
Now close the puff pastry and put it in the SnackTastic® for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°. Until this is done and golden brown.
