Salsa brava

Ingredients

3 sliced shallots
2 cloves of garlic, divided in two
1 red allspice pepper
1/4 red paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika powder (sweet)
Pinch of Cayenne pepper to taste
Pinch of salt, to taste
1 can of tomato cubes (400 gm)
2 bsp sherry vinegar

Preparation

Place all ingredients except for the vinegar in the measuring cup.
Place the measuring cup on the device, choose the smooth program. To do this, press the smooth button once, the button will flash, then press the on / off button to start the program. Duration 28 minutes
Add the vinegar after 20 minutes
Allow the sauce to cool before using. The sauce can be stored in a covered jar for 10 days in the refrigerator
Storage tip: apply a thin layer of olive oil on top of the sauce before covering it and putting it in the fridge. The oil ensures that the air cannot reach the top layer of your sauce, so it will retain its beautiful red color for a longer period of time.
