4 sheets of filo pastry
peanut oil
100 g butter, melted
pepper
salt
150 g minced chicken
0,50 clove of garlic
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped mint
0.50 tsp cayenne pepper
0.50 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp yoghurt
1 bunch of mint
2 tbsp lime juice

Preheat your deep fryer to 180 degrees.
Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, mint and lime juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator until use.
Crush the garlic and mix it into the minced meat along with the garlic, cilantro, mint, cayenne pepper and curry spices.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut or cut each sheet of filo pastry lengthwise into 3 narrow strips and rub each strip with melted butter.
Spoon a little of the filling into the corner of one strip. Fold closed to form a triangle. Fold around and around to form a solid triangle. Glue the edge closed with a little butter.
Repeat with 3 more sheets of dough.
Deep-fry the samosas for 5 minutes in a deep fryer at 180°C.
Let them drain on a paper towel.
