Mini quiche with bacon and broccoli

125 gm bacon bits
200 ml cooking cream
2 eggs
60 gm grated cheese
100 gm broccoli flowers
1 tsp herb mix


Bake the bacon bits in a pan until theyre crusty. Blanch the broccoli flowers and cut them in fine pieces.
Preheat the SnackTastic®to 200°C.
Put the mixture of bacon and broccoli in the forms.
Beat the 2 eggs frothy and add in a bowl the herbs, snuff pepper, cooking cream and cheese.
Pour the mixture in the quiche forms .
Put the forms in the SnackTastic®
and bake the quiche for 6 minutes at 180°C.
