Chicken stew



2 chicken fillets
1 onion in half rings
2 paprikas in rings
200 gm tomato pieces
1 clove of chopped garlic
80 gm grated young cheese
80 ml cream
75 ml water
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tbsp Italian herbs
1 tsp nutmeg
olive oil and butter
pepper and salt to taste


Pre-heat the SnackTastic® to200°C. Sprinkle the chicken fillets with some salt and pepper. Heat a little oil and butter and fry the chicken fillets briefly. Then place them in the baking tin and fry the onions in the same pan until they are soft. Divide the onions over the chicken fillets. Then bake the paprika rings and divide them over the chicken fillets.
Fry the garlic briefly and then add the water and the tomato pieces. Season with Italian herbs, the crumbled cube of stock, pepper, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Add the cream and let the sauce boil for approx. 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken fillets,cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes in your SnackTastic®.
Remove the aluminum foil,sprinkle the cheese over it and bake the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes,until the cheese has melted.
