Homemade feta triangles



100 gm of feta cheese
1 spring onion
2 tsp finely chopped parsley
1 egg yolk
5 sheets of phyllo pastry from the freezer


Start by whipping the egg yolk and then mix in the feta cheese, the chopped parsley and the sliced spring onion rings. Add some freshly ground pepper.
Cut the Phyllo dough sheets into 3 strips each.
Add a coffee spoon of the mixture on the bottom of a phyllo pastry strip. Fold the dough into a triangle over the filling and fold the strip of the Phyllo dough until the filling and a triangle is wrapped. Do this also with the other strips of the Phyllo dough.
Pre-heat the SnackTastic® to 200°C
Lightly grease the triangles with some oil. Place 5 triangles in the basket of the SnackTastic® and set the time to 3 minutes. Let them bake. The other feta triangles can be baked in the same way.
