Crispy sweet potato fries with avocado dip sauce



For the crispy sweet potato fries:
1 large sweet potato (+/- 250 gm)
1 large tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 pinch of salt
For the avocado dip sauce:
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp greek yogurt
the juice of 1 lime,
1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
pepper and salt


Peel the sweet potato and cut into thin fries
Mix the cornflour with the rapeseed oil and a pinch of salt
Mix the cornflour and rapeseed oil among the sweet potato fries
Make sure that all fries are covered with a thin layer of the mixture
Bake the fries in the SnackTastic® for 15 minutes
Shake or turn them regularly
Mix all the ingredients for the avocado dip sauce smooth
Serve the crispy sweet potato fries together with the avocado dip sauce
