Savory waffle, filled with herb cheese and smoked salmon

Ingredients

Puff pastry
Spreadable cheese with herbs
Layers of smoked salmon

Preparation

Cut out 4 sheets of puff pastry, the same size as the Fritel filled waffle baking tray.
Apply a layer of cheese with herbs on 2 sheets of puff pastry. Then cover the cheese with herbs with a layer of smoked salmon.
Then cover the smoked salmon again with a layer of puff pastry.
Use the Fritel filled waffle plate, set the Fritel waffle iron to position 4 and let the waffle iron heat up.
Place the 2 puff pastry fillings left and right on the baking trays.
Now close the waffle maker and bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
