Sugar-free waffles

Ingredients

375 gm self-rising flour
180 gm melted butter
100 gm Canderel Sugar
6 eggs
10 gm vanilla sugar
pinch of salt

Preparation

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites with the FRITEL Hand Blender and add the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Mix until you have a smooth mixture. Then add the melted butter and a pinch of salt and stir gently. Then add the flour and stir gently.
Attention: the mixture is quite hard, but will be smoother once the egg whites are added.
Beat the eggs and gently fold them through the mixture
Take your FRITEL Waffle Maker, insert the plates 4x7 and heat up. Depending on the dough you have prepared and on your personal taste, you will have to choose the correct temperature setting. This will also influence the baking time.

Tips

Recommended baking time: ca. 1 minutes on position 6 .Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature. Before you start baking it is advisable to grease the baking plates with a little bit of oil, even if they are covered with a non stick coating. To avoid lumps in your dough, it is better to sieve the flour before use. With the FRITEL waffle fork you can easily remove the waffles from the plates.Let the waffles cool down on a grid.
