Tacos with pulled chicken

10 tacos
445 gm salsa
Juice of 2 limes
Taco spices
3 tbspcoriander
1,3 kg chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1/2 red cabbage
2 avocado


Mix the salsa, the lime juice, the herbs and the coriander in the slow cooker.
Put salt and pepper on the chicken and lay the chicken in the sauce. Make sure the chicken is well covered by the sauce.
Set your slowcooker at the highest setting for 4 hours. Then carefully open the lid and remove the chicken.
Pull the meat apart with 2 forks and mix it back into the sauce.
Heat the tacos according to the instructions.
Cut the red cabbage into fine strips and the avocado into cubes.
Now fill the tacos and finish with coriander and chili pepper if you like.
