Tagliatelle al pesto

4 portions


400 gm tagliatelle
1 hand full of pine nuts
2 hands full of parmesan cheese
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
5 sprigs of fresh basil


Remove the basil leaves from the stalks and put them in the FRITEL Blender or Blend and Go, together with the parmesan cheese, the pine nuts and the fresh garlic. Mix. Or mix theses ingredients in a bowl with the FRITEL Hand Blender. Gently pour in the olive oil until you obtain a smooth, creamy texture. Taste the pesto and if needed season with pepper and salt. 
Cook the tagliatelle al dente. Strain the pasta and stir in the pesto sauce. 
Finish with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
