Ingredients

100 g dark chocolate

100 g milk chocolate

90 g butter

90 g sugar

3 egg whites

38 g flour

For the glaze:

60 g dark chocolate

30 g butter

50 g powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the SnackTastic® to 150 °C. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until frothy. Add the butter-chocolate mixture and gently fold together. Fold in the flour. Pour the mixture into the SnackTastic® baking pan and place in the preheated SnackTastic® for about 50 minutes.

When the cake has almost cooled, melt the butter and chocolate for the glaze in a bain-marie. Add the powdered sugar while stirring. Spread the glaze over the cake.
