Ingredients

  • 75 g self-raising flour 

  • 75 g farmhouse butter

  • 75 g fine sugar

  • 1 egg 

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 

  • Also make sure you have cupcake molds and cupcake liners

Preparation

Put the butter in a pan and heat gently until the butter is soft, but not melted.

Add the flour, the egg, and the sugar and mix well together.

Add the baking powder and mix again.

Fill 4 cupcake molds with the batter.

Preheat the SnackTastic® to 155 °C.

Place the cupcakes in the basket and bake them for 15 minutes at 155 °C.

After 15 minutes, check whether the cupcakes are done.

If they are not done, increase the temperature to 165 °C and bake for another 5 minutes.

Finish the cupcakes to your own taste and enjoy.
