Ingredients

2 scoops of lemon sorbet

20 ml vodka

30 ml prosecco

Also needed

FRITEL Blender

Preparation

Place the lemon sorbet in the blender and blend until smooth and soft.

Add the vodka and prosecco and blend gently until light and airy.

Pour the cocktail into a champagne glass.

Garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.
