Kaltbach Cheese Fondue with Carrot Fries

Preparation

1. Place the bag of Kaltbach fondue cheese in hot water for 30 seconds.

2. Cut open the entire package.

3. Remove the fondue ring from the FRITEL fondue pot.

4. Pour the cheese into the FRITEL fondue pot between the indicated minimum and maximum level marks.

5. Place the fondue ring back.

6. Plug the appliance into the power outlet.

7. Turn the thermostat knob to the medium setting.

8. Stir well from time to time to obtain a smooth mixture.

9. Once the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light goes out. 

10. Serve with a crispy twist such as carrot fries.

CAUTION: the cheese must not start bubbling or boiling. If this happens, immediately turn the thermostat knob to a lower setting. 

Cheese must be heated slowly to avoid boiling over or burning. If you notice that the temperature is not high enough, you can turn the thermostat slightly higher.
