Ginger nuts from the SnackTastic®

Ingredients

  • 250 g self-rising flour
  • 125 g dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp speculaas spices
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g cold butter (in cubes)
  • 3 tbsp milk

Preparation

  • Mix flour, sugar, spices, and salt.
  • Add butter and knead into a crumbly dough.
  • Add milk and knead into a smooth dough.
  • Chill dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the SnackTastic® to 160 °C.
  • Roll dough into logs, cut into pieces, and roll into balls.
  • Bake ginger nuts for 8-10 minutes in the SnackTastic®, shaking halfway through.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
