All FRITEL Fryers (FR, Turbo SF, FryTastic)

Preparation

Peal the potato and rinse thoroughly. Cut the potato into rag thin slices (with a sharp knife or a mandolin).
Heat up your FRITEL deep fryer to 180°C and fry the potato slices crispy. Remove them from the fryer and leave them to drip on some kitchen paper.
If desired you can season the chips with salt, pepper, paprika...
