550 gm flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 tsp salt
250 gm butter (refrigerated cheese spreadable)
180 gm white sugar
180 gm brown sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 large eggs
350 gm dark chocolate in small pieces (or baking chocolate)


Heat the SnackTastic® to 190°. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk the butter with the white sugar, the brown sugar and the vanilla sugar until its a creamy mixture. Add the eggs one by one and beat the mixture firmly. Then gradually add the flour through a sieve. Finally add the pieces of chocolate. Make dots of the dough and put them in the baking tin with some baking paper. Leave space between the dots, because when baking, they expand in width. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until they are nice and golden brown, removethe biscuits from the SnackTastic® and lay them out to harden for a while, then let them cool on a grid.
