Chocolat cupcakes with sweet raspberries

Ingredients

75 gm of self-rising flour
75 gm butter
75 gm granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Half a tsp baking powder
a cupcake mold
cupcake papers

Preparation

Put the butter in a bowl and heat gently until the butter is soft. The butter must not melt. Then add the flour, the egg and the sugar in the bowl and mix well. Add baking powder and mix and then add the cocoa powder and mix. Fill the 4 cupcake papers with the batter.
Preheat the SnackTastic® at 155 ° C. Place the cupcakes in the basket and bake for 15 minutes at 155°C. Check after 15 minutesif the cupcake is ready. If not yet sufficiently cooked, raise the temperature to 165°C and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finish with delicious raspberries.
