75 gm butter
75 gm granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Half a tsp baking powder

Put the butter in a bowl and heat gently until the butter is soft. The butter must not melt. Then add the flour, the egg and the sugar in the bowl and mix well. Add baking powder and mix and then add the cocoa powder and mix. Fill the 4 cupcake papers with the batter.
