Maconnaises Waffles

Ingredients

250 gm fat cream
250 gm sugar
250 gm flour
Lemon zest(optional)

Preparation

Put the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Let the dough rest for a few hours.
Place the CW device on position 4 and make 4 balls on the waffle plate.
Bake the wafers 2,5 minutes to 3 minutes according to the desired color.
The baked waffles are very soft at first but harden fairly quickly.
Rolling up is also possible, but must be done quickly
